PRODUCTION MANAGER

Growing fabrication facility looking for hands-on manager to oversee a staff of 25 in all aspects of production including production output, scheduling, quality control, planning and hiring. Additional responsibilities include motivate, train and direct team leaders as well as entry-level workers; develop and implement operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems, improve product quality and minimize expenses; consult with internal technical staff and outside sources to maintain and optimize CNC machinery and other equipment. This is a high-level management position with key management responsibility and accountability for bottom line results. Minimum qualifications should include:
* relevant bachelors degree
* six years production management
* strong CAD/CAM background
* electrical and mechanical abilities
* strong communication skills
* excels at J.I.T. manufacturing deadlines


CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Must have strong communication skills, technical and computer knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Position involves extensive phone contact, order entry, purchasing, and other office duties.


CNC ROUTER OPERATOR

Looking for experienced CAD/CAM programmers and operators to set up, operate, and program 4 axis horizontal CNC mill and drill machines. Must be mechanically inclined. Heavy lifting involved.


MACHINE OPERATOR

Looking for mechanically inclined operators with basic measurement and math skills. Heavy lifting involved.
