The Basics

  • How do I order a GLASSource product?

    • We are a manufacturer selling only to registered GLASSource dealers. Please see our Dealer Directory to locate the dealer nearest to you. If you are interested in becoming a GLASSource dealer please refer to our

    • Submit a form on our Contact Us page, e-mail orders@glassource.net to place an order for existing customers, or email AR@glassource.net to inquire about setting up an account for new customers!

  • What will my completed GLASSource product weighT?

  • does GLASSource charge for shipping?

    • No, we do not charge for shipping on products delivered by our fleet. Shipments sent through common carrier instead of our fleet delivery will have a cost at the customer’s expense, however. For more details, see our Policies and Guidelines in our Dealer section or contact Customer Service or your Sales Representative.

  • CAN I SHIP THROUGH COMMON CARRIER INSTEAD OF GLASSOURCE DELIVERY?

    • Yes, we have capabilities to ship through common carrier service(s). The shipping costs are calculated by weight and shipping location and are at the customer’s expense. Crating may be required and is also at the customer’s expense. For more details, see our Policies and Guidelines in our Dealer section or contact Customer Service or your Sales Representative.

  • Can GLASSource expedite shipping?

    • Yes, shipping may be expedited if shipped through common carrier service(s). The expedited shipping costs are calculated by weight and shipping location and are at the customer’s expense. Crating may be required and is also at the customer’s expense. A rush fee may be applicable if production is expedited.   • Can I just call for a quote on a GLASSource product?

    • Yes, we have a full team of Customer Service Representatives readily available to quote you. All quotes will have a reference number and will be saved in our system for up to 3 months.   • CAN I JUST CALL FOR AN ORDER OF A GLASSOURCE PRODUCT?

  • Does GLASSource offer quantity discounts on products?

    • Yes, discounts are offered on a per project basis; determined by the quantities involved. All discounts are subject to management approval. Contact Customer Service for details!


Shower Enclosures

  • WHAT MEASUREMENTS ARE NEEDED WHEN ORDERING A GLASSOURCE SHOWER ENCLOSURE?

    • GLASSource requires the centerline measurements, width (top, middle, and bottom), and overall desired height for all shower enclosures. See our Measuring Guide for help!
